To work with her, sit down in a comfortable position. You may play meditation music you like. Hold Glow with both hands close to your heart chakra. Do deep breathing exercises to center yourself and see with your mind’s eyes a golden light from above entering your crown chakra to your solar plexus chakra. Be present during this meditation and notice any sensations you feel. It’s normal to feel warmth sensation on your crown and solar plexus chakras. Let your intuition inform you when to end the session.
