Is an underground cave spirit.
He originated from the deep cavern within the Earth and is here to assist you to grow spiritually by working with your heart chakra. Courage works on your heart chakra by helping you to love your shadows. He understands that our shadows are aspects of ourselves we rather not deal with. We often run and hide from our shadows.
Courage will give you courage to open your heart and to accept all of your shadows as part of you that deserves to be loved as well. He knows that sometimes the darkest part of us is the part that needed to be accepted and to be understood the most.
To work with Courage, you can meditate with him or communicate with him telepathically. He is listening to you, and he will shares his guidance in the form of thoughts or a-ha moments. Be open to receiving his energy, and always say your gratitude.
