Return Policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt

(or gift receipt) within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: All special and or custom ordered jewelry.

Layaways:

Can be arranged for up to three months. If the layaway payments exceeds this window of time. Skull Wisdom will not be responsible for holding or offering any credit back to client for payments made.  Skull Wisdom reserves the right to forfeit the verbal or written binding contract made and will opt to keep all payments given or offer the client a credit to an existing item they made payments on of the same value minus 30% of the total gross amount of the product originally purchased.
